With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Tam has built a strong foundation in managing and facilitating legal foreclosures, receiverships, repossessions, business bankruptcies, and more. Raised in the auction world as the daughter of Loren McDougall, Tam’s roots in the business run deep.
After spending years working in larger-scale environments, she returned to her passion for the auction and appraisal industry by joining TM Appraisals & Auctions. Here, she found renewed joy in the personal relationships she builds with clients and the satisfaction of delivering tailored, reliable services.

Natalie Woods
Natalie grew up on her family farm near Rocanville, Saskatchewan, where she learned the value of hard work and adaptability early on. Those qualities have carried through into everything she does.
She joined the McBids Auctioneers & Appraisers team with a strong eagerness to learn and quickly became involved in all areas of the business. From coordinating operations and handling administrative duties to assisting with cataloguing and on-site auction support, Natalie plays a hands-on role across the board.
Her practical mindset, attention to detail, and positive, can-do attitude make her a go-to team member. That combination of versatility and true farm-kid grit has made Natalie a trusted and valued part of the McBids team.
